Ashland Community Land Trust has worked to develope new rental housing, new ownership housing, as well as to rehabilitate existing housing to maintain affordable housing in our community.  Ashland's hardworking families deserve a place to call home, and ACLT aims to make that a reality. Each home pictured below is an example of where the Land Trust has successfuly helped such families attain a quality home for an affordable price.

Sixteen ACLT homes are distributed throughout Ashland. These properties include:

• 1 Single-family home
• 5 townhomes
• 1 six unit apartment complex
• 2 duplexes

Current Projects

ACLT is currently working in partnership with Habitat for Humanity to develop two new affordable homes on Bridge Street.  ACLT will retain ownership of the land, and two Habitat Households will help build and purchase the homes themselves.  Wer're excited that these new units are expected to begin construction in July 2009.
