BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership entitles you to the following:

	Support the purposes of the Land Trust: Your membership dues support the acquisition and maintenance of land within the Ashland Community Land Trust, providing needed housing to hardworking Ashland families.
	Tax deduction: The Ashland Community Land Trust is a non-profit corporation, your membership dues and donations are tax-deductible, as provided by law.
	Vote: Each member is entitled to one vote on matters brought before the officers for action at meetings of members.
	Attend Meetings: You will be notified of annual and special meetings.
	Stay up to date: You'll be put on our mailing list, and receive copies of our e-newsletter, and notices of upcoming events.
